Meta Capex

By now you might have seen this paragraph on Meta’s capex in a follow up Bloomberg article about Meta’s image generation model:

Despite those [Meta Cloud] efforts, Meta is still hungry for even more computing power, the spokesperson said. It is still moving forward with plans for expensive new data centers and recently inked major computing deals with CoreWeave Inc., Alphabet Inc.’s Google and Oracle Corp., among others.

In fact, just days before the original Bloomberg article on Meta Cloud, Meta leadership has been making under-the-radar comments about the need for capacity and perceived ROI.
