Soilbuild Construction’s meetings are held in Tai Sin Exchange, which is owned by Soilbuild Group Holdings and is described as “campus-style development comprising 4 towers of 8 to 9 storey high tech business space and lab infrastructure”.
Held in a space shared with other tenants, this is easily one of the nicer small cap AGM/EGMs
